[cups] job submission delay: cupsd responds "Continue" instead of "OK"

I would really appreciate any answer.

Was my question perhaps somehow stupid?

Of course I do not expect to get a solution.

I only like to know if the described issue is of interest for CUPS
upstream so that it makes sense to debug what the root cause is.
