This is a bug in the Mac OS Client software as far as I can tell.  I can't
print as follows;
Mac OSX 10.* (two machines) 
to
Cups running on linux

I can print on linux
I can browse to linuxip:631 from the two Mac's
This command works, 
and gets the jobs in the command line on the macs!
ipptool ipp://linuxip:631/printers/myprinter get-jobs.test

However
ippfind 
returns no printers?

With other versions of CUPS (earlier I think)
this worked fine, I was able to simply put the
linuxip:631 in the Address of the IPP Print dialog
and it all worked great.

How to fix the client Mac OSX machines?
