I've a linux (Ubuntu) box connected to a Zebra ZM400. Using the default
zebra.ppd I try to assign a value to the "zeLabelTop" setting, to move the
start of the print further down the label (towards the print head). The
documentation from Zebra suggests a negative value to achieve this, and
indeed the CUPS ppd suggests it's possible. 

However, when you assign a negative value it's ignored by the printer.
Setting a positive value works but obviously in the opposite direction
(away from the print head).

Looking at the CUPS documentation I see that cupsRowStep can be any number
from 0 to (2^32)-1, hence all positive.

Setting the desired value to "Label Top" on the printer panel has the exact
desired effect, it just can't be accurately controlled through CUPS.
