Matthew,

the error_log tells that everything went OK, i. e. a successfult print.
You could try the following:
lp -d Zebra_Technologies_ZTC_GK420d -o document-format=application/ 
vnd.cups-raster 10-07.ras
(don't know if the media and orientation-requested options are really  
necessary; you need to try).
