[cups] Mac OSX with CUPS 1.7.2 Printing fuzzy on Zebra GK420d

Matt,

I think the error message from the PID 1217 filter is the culprit, but  
I have no idea what the real reason is
(specially the text "ingerface output queue is full" sounds cryptic to  
me).
The crash of that filter leads to an EPIPE interrupt in gstoraster,  
that in turn causes gstoraster to exit with
status 1.

As, in this case, gstoraster does not remove the temporary files it  
creates, please look for the files
/private/var/spool/cups/tmp/gsprolog.1216.ps
and
/private/var/spool/cups/tmp/gsinput.1216.ps
(1216 is the PID of the gstoraster filter) and post them to me.

In the meantime I'll do some research on that queer status 206.
