[cups] CUPS Printer Description

Hi,

OS:   Max OSX 10.8.5
CUPS: 1.6.2

On the CUPS web interface, the first column is the "Queue Name" which is also the "Name" 
in the CUPS API.

The second column is headed "Description."

I can retrieve the printer names through the CUPS API using cupsGetPrinters or
cupsGetDest.

I have been able to retrieve the printer "Description" by parsing /etc/cups/printers.conf.
However, reading printers.conf requires root user privileges.

Is there an API function to retrieve the printer "Description?"
