[cups] Does CUPS 1.7.0 and above utilize DTLS?

Hi,

Could someone provide information on whether CUPS 1.7.0 and above utilizes the DTLS protocol?  I've searched, but haven't found a reference to it on the cups.org site, but want to double-check to ensure I haven't missed anything.
