We have 4 cups server in our environment running on centos 6, which
forwards client print request to next hope that is PULL-Print HP server
(win). One fine day, print request from one cups server stopped appearing
on Windows Pull Q, even cups job status against all print request was
showing status "complete". After investigation we found that both server
were communicating fine (using  telnet, tcpdump..etc)  during this incident
which run's for whole day. 

So is this a known issue when cups shows print request  status as
"complete" but still print won't reach to printer. How to troubleshoot such
issue ?

I am attaching tcpdump captured under both condition (i.e one when cups
says OK but print failed and other one in working condition).
Please share your thoughts..!
