Nicolas,

I was looking at this and at RFC 3995.  Create-Job-Subscriptions DOES NOT
support the job-uri attribute.  You have to supply a printer-uri and then
include a notify-job-id attribute in the subscription attributes group.

Sorry for the confusion - it has been a long time since I've touched this
code and I forgot that the IPP WG "broke with tradition" when defining the
notifications stuff...
