[cups] duplicate job

There is currently no support for duplicating jobs.  Conceptually either the Resubmit-Job or the proof-print extension for IPP could provide this automatically.

That said, the cupsfilter command can be used to obtain a PDF preview of a queued job, which can then be previewed - no need to duplicate a job then.

(job files are, by default, retained now for 1 day after completion.)
