[cups] [Brother MFC-8480DN] Printing Slow

I suspect the delay is due to a misconfigured filter chain for this  
printer.
To supply diagnostic information, do the following:
–	cupsctl --debug-logging
–	print your test PDF which causes the 5 minute delay
–	cupsctl --no-debug-logging
and then post (an URL to)
–	the portion of /var/cups/error_log that contains all the messages
	related to the job ID of this test job (having "[Job xxxx]" following  
the time stamp)
–	the printer's PPD
–	the PDF in question
