Helge, thank you for taking the time to reply. But my question actually 
goes beyond what you are saying. The problem is that I did not realize 
that I needed to enter an administrative id. When I entered my non-admin 
ID, the admin page went into forbidden mode and there was not a new 
prompt, which is what I would have expected. So now, the admin page says 
'forbidden', but I have no way to enter an appropriate admin id.
