[cups] to use Ricoh SP-210SU in cups

I’d suggest to buy another printer which is told to be supported by open printing.org, gutenprint, etc.
To develop and test a driver for this printer (does it *really* support PCL6 ?) – based on the usual fee averages –
would by far exceed the hardware price.
