Look into the PPD Extensions documentation (either at www.cups.org <http://www.cups.org/> -> Help
or at localhost:631 -> Help) and read about the CutMedia keyword / value pair.
Insert the respective statements into your printer’s PPD if not already there.

Note that this is only implemented for the document-format handling:
PostScript/PDF -> cups raster -> zebra PDL
