[cups] IPP and Windows 10 update

Hi,

Looks like there was a Windows 10 update that has broken IPP printing. I'm not sure how recent the Win10 update was that broke IPP printing with CUPS.

I had a print queue that was working and using a URI of the form https://cups.mydomain.com:631/printers/myprinter , but it is now getting mangled to :
   \\https://cups.mydomain.com:631\myprinter
I suspect that mangling is also the reason I can't add new IPP based print queues.

Does anybody have a workaround for IPP printing with Win10 ?
