[cups] Mixing kerberos and basic authentication

Not at present.  You can request this functionality on the CUPS.org bugs page at:

	https://www.cups.org/str.php

One issue with doing so is that many HTTP implementations (CUPS included) have difficulty supporting multiple WWW-Authenticate values; if we support this, we'll need to proceed carefully.
