[cups] Cups 1.7 with older versions

Hello,

to get some basic support for the traditional CUPS Browsing
run the cups-browsed from the cups-filters software.
When you run CUPS 1.7 on Linux (you didn't tell if you use
Linux and if yes what distribution and version you run)
you have usualy cups-filters also installed because
since CUPS 1.6 some usual filters are no longer provided
by CUPS but instead by cups-filters.
