[cups-devel] cupsd.conf option DefaultPaperSize has no effect

Btw, this actually seems to work. Adding a printer like this actually
sets the proper values for page size and duplex when creating it:

$ lpadmin -p zwerg -v socket://print-zwerg:9100 -P
/usr/share/ppd/hplip/HP/hp-laserjet_p2055dn-hpijs-pcl3.ppd -o
PageSize=A4 -o Duplex=DuplexNoTumble -L "R 0.4.05" -D "ZEDV - HP
LaserJet p2055dn" -E

Thus, problem solved. It would be nice to have the cupsd.conf manpage
amended in this regard :).
