[cups] Cannot get CUPS up at localhost:631

Hi Doug,

It looks like my mail from Tuesday did not go through for some reason. I 
am attaching the
files again, hoping they will get through (which I doubt).

Is there an alternative way to get the log files into the mailing list 
or on a share sever
someplace?
