[cups] Can't drive my epson L211 inkjet printer properly.

I have back to CentOS 6.5 now . The Epson driver for Linux does not work 
on CentOS 6.6. :(

I have no idea which packege makes this happen .

Although CentOS 7 has a higher vierson of CUPS, i don't like its GNOME 3.8.
