[STR New]

When I try various configuration operations through the web interface (port
631), I get the following error message:
There was an error during the CUPS operation: 'Request Entity Too Large'.

I am especially bugged that I can't add a printer. I looked at the HTML
source and it says
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">
<HTML>
<HEAD>
	<META HTTP-EQUIV="Content-Type" CONTENT="text/html; charset=utf-8">
	<TITLE>Request Entity Too Large - CUPS v1.7.5</TITLE>
	<LINK REL="STYLESHEET" TYPE="text/css" HREF="/cups.css">
</HEAD>
<BODY>
<H1>Request Entity Too Large</H1>
<P></P>
</BODY>
</HTML>

I used wireshark to understand what the browser was sending to the server.

HTML Form URL Encoded: application/x-www-form-urlencoded
org.cups.sid=2520419fe34bce0d469f3b61a6dd03cd&OP=add-printer

The server is sending back:

HTTP/1.1 413 Request Entity Too Large

I am running 1.7.5-3ubuntu3.1 under Ubuntu 14.10.
