I'm trying to print 1-in x 11-in wristbands (a common wristband size for
Zebra media, yet absent from the default media size list). Using the Zebra
ZPL Label Printer driver, my Zebra HC100 wristband printer shifts content
left by about 3/4-in, up by 3/32-in up, and draws the horizontal axis at
97% of actual (vertical is drawn at 100%). I have not figure out how to
adjust for this in the driver.

See the attached image to see a sample.

Zebra will not help troubleshoot, said it was a driver specific issue.
