[cups] Unable to remotely add printer on version 1.4.2

Replace the „Allow All“ by „Allow @LOCAL“ to allow (administrative) access from all
local network interfaces.

Or, from the web interface on the local machine, check „allow remote administration“ 
in the administration tab.
