[cups] cups 1.7.5 not working with Android Mopria client/app.

I've installed the Android Mopria client on my phone and enabled it and
it's trying to scan for printers. I can see using wireshark that it
successfully finds my CUPS 1.7.5 (on Fedora 21) installation but never
seems to add the printer that is found there.

It just seems to be an endless back and forth where the phone sends an
_ipp._tcp.local IN PTR "QU" request to 224.0.0.251:5353 (mdns) and my
CUPS installed machine responds with a "Brother DCP-7040 @
pc-48._ipp._tcp.local" response including a slew of TXT records. Then
the same QU again and the same response.

I'm guessing there is something about the response that the Mopria app
is not liking but I have no clue what it is.

Any ideas?
