[cups] How eliminate or remove incorrect constant "Printer out of paper" message? (Possible to DISABLE certain messages?)

If the Generic PS driver shows these messages, then the state is coming from the backend - that's where the two keywords in the PPD comes in:

    *cupsIPPSupplies: False
    *cupsSNMPSupplies: False

Make sure these are added to the Generic PS PPD (after you add the printer).

Also make sure you delete the printer first (don't try to change drivers on the existing queue - the old state will persist...)
