Then: Fedora 18 X86_64 Cups w/Gutenprint 5.2.9-2 Canon iP4700 Printer

I am printing on 4x6 glossy photo paper on a Canon PIXMA iP4700 (now a
Canon MX922) using Gutenprint cups 5.2.9-2 on fedora 18 (now 23) x86_64
gnome.  

Gutenberg generated PPD file is being used.

1) Printing results in the image being placed 6mm high (low with gwenview)
and about 3mm to the right (left with gwenview) on a landscape photo.  The
photo appears to be misaligned and not clipped (the whole photo is moved
relative to the paper rather than being clipped at the edges).  This
happens with all paper sizes.

2) Same result with gimp, digikam, shotwell, image viewer, - Everything I
have tried prints the same offset.

3) Adjusting offsets in gimp moves the image around in a clipped window,
but can not center the image on the paper (The print window is not aligned
with the physical paper).

4) Test print appears to be centered correctly, but the bottom bounding box
line is clipped (missing).  Otherwise non-borderless prints seem Ok.

5) Printing from windows running in a virtual machine on the same system
works perfectly.

6) Gutenprint developer (Gernot Hassenpflug) says there is no offset from
gutenprint.

This is a really serious problem. Please look into this.  I have to keep a
copy of Windows running in a virtual machine so I can print borderless.
