[cups] Cups failure?/

I have been having trouble for 3 weeks now trying to get a simply usb 
inkjet installed and have been unsuccessful. The same unit has worked 
before in this distro and other unix distros but for some reason now all 
seems to be going well but no printing.  A snip from the most recent 
attempt at printing is included and i need help deciphering it. It seems 
that for some reason the data cannot be sent to printer....why ?!
