[cups] Windows printing from CUPS on Mac

explicitly listed in a CUPS mime.types file?

What about things like Windows PostScript printer driver output?
Is there a generic way to distinguish printer-specific PostScript
from not-yet-printer-specific PostScript?

Does it make sense also for CUPS on Mac to set up for
each normal queue a "raw" queue "twin" to ensure that
Windows drivers' output is sent unchanged to the printer
device as described at
