I have just been on the phone with a very pleasant Canon help
desk person, who gave me the E-address below.  The rep's name
is also Alan and the number he gave to identify the problem
is also in the subject below.  I am sending this to you all,
to let you know of my attempt to work through this problem
with Canon itself.

The Subject refers to a telephone call I just finished with 'Alan',
a help desk representative.  He gave me the number so that you
can connect my conversation and my printing problem with the
.pdf Attachment.

The 3-in-1 Canon I am using is an ImageCLASS  MF4770n.  It works
very nicely, usually.  But the Attached file is a real problem.

I look forward to hearing from you what the difficulty is, and
how I can remedy it.
