[cups] CUPS Configuration Per User.

Hi dears,
I want to save Cups user configurations in the user home profile to  allow
setting the printing preferences in user profile ~/.cups/ ?! what i need to
modify to create a .cups directory per user and  achieve this ? Thanks in
advance.
