[cups] CUPS Configuration Per User.

Hi Helge,
I'm following this https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuLTSP/localprinter
and the documentation mentioned the " ~/.cups/client.conf " per user so
does lpoptions has a role to play with this ?
