[cups] CUPS + SAMBA, cups windows print drivers missing

This setup may be deprecated, but thousands of my users use it every day.
Apart from Cloud Print, I don't have any better solution for them to
install a printer in a single click. Cloud Print doesn't cover some of the
printers yet, unfortunately, especially plotters and label makers.
