[cups] CUPS Is NOT Printing With “ Filter Failed ” Message.

Hi dears,
I've migrated CUPS configuration from one OpenSUSE CUPS server to another
by copying the /etc/cups directory to the target server BUT whenever i try
to print a document i get an error message saying " Filter Failed " and the
job stops !

I've verified that the " foomatic-filters " are installed and still get the
same error...any help to solve this issue please and thanks in advance.
