[cups] Testing Cups-PDF

It is unclear to me what the objective here is. The cups-pdf I'm aware
of (printer-driver-cups-pdf on Debian) prints to a PDF file and not to
a printer. The filter chain can be tested with cupsfilter (which is in
/usr/sbin/ on this machine).
