[cups] Usage of Site

It does nt return specific information, but a large number of posts making it difficult to locate specifics.

On https://www.cups.org/lists.php you can select between the following two mailing lists:
- User List <cups at cups.org>.
- Developer List <cups-devel at cups.org>.

What I think you are asking is why the search on that page doesn't return results that are newer than 2013.
