[cups] IP110 printer left margin too small Kubuntu 16.04

Oh yes and so I wonder if I can do this directly to the cups document

Right now I need to print to PDF, when drop to a shell and execute the 
command.

Particularly finding the right working directory may be annoying.

But CUPS won't use PDF.

Maybe it uses PS?

Can I put a command like this somewhere?
