[cups] IP110 printer left margin too small Kubuntu 16.04

I looked at the PPD and found nothing that could cause the weird left margin.
I’ll (tomorrow) try to set up a fake ip100 printer using your PPD which saves the final data stream 
sent to the printer. I’ll mail it to you (perhaps off the list) for printing in raw mode to see
what happens (my system is Mac OS 10.11.4, which will result in a different filter chain
preceding the rastertogutenprint filter.

PS: the file with the extension .ppd has not been stripped off, btw.
