For simple questions like "how do I connect to a remote CUPS instance?",
the online documentation should be sufficient. For example:

https://www.cups.org/doc/sharing.html

Always remember to Read The Fine Manual, and make some attempt at
solving the problem yourself before coming to the mailing list for help.
Receiving a terse answer on a mailing list is often an indication that
your question is easily answered by a documentation read or Google
search.
