[cups] Driver for Printek FormsPro 4503, Printek FormsMaster 8003

Hi,

I'm looking for support for the following models:

Printek FormsPro 4503
Printek FormsMaster 8003


I've tried using the generic IBM driver and the generic Epson driver, but neither allows us to set the form number and cpi/lpi options - is there a driver out there that would expose these options at the print queue level?  If not, is there a good place to request support for them and/or contract the creation of such?
