[cups] problem wit printing

Hi

I am using Lubuntu 14.04.5 and having problem with printing. Problem is
that each time to print, I must rerun cups or repower the printer.
Printer model is Canon I-Sensys MF4018.

So I have configured cups log level to error, and become:
ServiceUnknown:The name org.freedesktop.ColorManager was not provided by
any .service files.
After installing avahi-daemon, there are no errors.
But before printing worked perfectly.  This problem appered 2 months ago.
And it is common for Lubuntu 16.04, as for Lubuntu 14.04.

Kernel of a system is:
Linux 3.19.0-80-generic #88~14.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jan 13 14:55:00 UTC 2017
i686 athlon i686 GNU/Linux

Could you please help me. I am ready to follow all your instructions.
