[cups] HP DesignJet 110 custom size problems

Sadly that doesn't seem to be the case:

A. I haven't seen any trouble with 24x48 pdfs. I've even looked at the
intermediate output by redirecting the filters, it all looks fine in mupdf.

B. More to the point, I just tried a 24x35 and it does a similar thing:

*PageSize 24x35/24x35: "%% FoomaticRIPOptionSetting: PageSize=24x35"
*FoomaticRIPOptionSetting PageSize=24x35: " -dDEVICEWIDTHPOINTS=1728 -&&
dDEVICEHEIGHTPOINTS=2520"
*End

*PageRegion 24x35/24x35: "%% FoomaticRIPOptionSetting: PageSize=24x35"

*ImageableArea 24x35/24x35: "18 34.02 1710 2505.83"

*PaperDimension 24x35/24x35: "1728 2520"

Though the output no longer seems to fit my theory of 8.5x11 for this case.
If someone can advise me of the right way to send photos I'll gladly take a
few and send. Upon actual measurement the 24x48 attempt is 8.25x10.75.
That's edge of paper to right/bottom edge of printing. For 24x36 it's
12.5x4.
