[cups] HP DesignJet 110 custom size problems

Ok, strike that. Apparently it just lost it's head when I told it to do
24x35 the first time, because this time it worked. Upon looking in the
ghostscript driver it appears it's using size A0 for 24x36 and 24x35. This
isn't large enough for 24x48 (A0 is 33.11 x 46.81), and I suspect it's
choking and defaulting back to A4 because of that (by looking at the output
and decoding the PCL I found out my 24x48 is being output on A4 paper size).

I suspect that in order to print on 24x48 I'm going to have to patch
ghostscript (assuming the printer will handle something larger than A0).
