[cups] lpadmin on Mac OS

Don't use the PPD directly, since that will try to run the filters for the printer locally (which don't exist).
Pick the printer from the Print dialog (as a nearby printer) or add it from the Add Printer GUI via Print & Scan preferences to get a proper PPD.
