[cups] Using LDAP authentication with CUPS 1.6.3

Hi Bernard,

LDAP support is now done by cups-browsed daemon (IIRC) , which is in
cups-filters package e.g. in Fedora. Unfortunately, cups-filters version
in CentOS 7 is 1.0.53, which doesn't have LDAP yet.

So you can try to compile newer cups-filters package for now, or wait
for cups-filters update in CentOS 7.
