[cups] How to prevent excessive print queue jobs

Elias,

The MaxJobsPerUser directive in cupsd.conf can prevent excessive pending jobs.

Also see the (very basic) print accounting support in CUPS ("man lpadmin", and look at the quota options) and the many third-party accounting options (free and otherwise) that go well beyond it.
