[cups] /var/spool/cups?

Whether or not job files are retained in /var/spool/cups is controlled
by the "PreserveJobHistory" directive in cupsd.conf.  See the entry for
PreserveJobHistory in https://www.cups.org/doc/man-cupsd.conf.html for
more detail.
