I have an IPP printer on the network and a Debian machine with CUPS 2.2.2. 'lpinfo -v' gives three device-uris: socket://..., dnssd://... and ipp://.... lpadmin -p ... -v <dnssd://... or ipp://...> -E -m everywhere creates queues which can be successfully printed to. Is there any reason to prefer one device-uri over the other? -- Brian.
