[cups] Explanation why cups uses pdftops instead foomatic-rip (what seems to be the configured way)

but foomatic-rip is started and that message is from foomatic-rip.

In the cups-filters sources there is in
filter/foomatic-rip/foomaticrip.c

I.e. it is using foomatic-rip but not in the traditional way
as you probably expect it.
