Chelsea,

Right now the macOS print APIs do NOT support multiple page sizes in a single document job.  Direct submission of a PDF will work to a PDF printer (and this Brother printer does support PDF) so you can probably use "lp" to submit the PDF directly, but if you print from any application the output will get scaled/fit to a single size.

(If you can give me the Apple bug number off-line I can look into why you weren't told this...)
