[cups] cupsd using 100% of CPU with v2.2.1-8

Michael,

Hm, alright. I was under the impression that it was a part of cups. I
shut that off and it stopped with the errors and CPU usage, but then
there was some weird issue with not being able to print certain file
types. I reinstalled cups, disabled cups-browsed, added the printers
manually, and it seems like everything is working fine now.
